Mr. Joyce focuses on helping each individual client and family succeed financially through real estate investment. Since 1986, he has successfully bought, sold, renovated, and operated properties in Colorado, Florida and Texas. Jeffrey serves as managing partner of our private equity partnerships and TIC interest properties for our clients who want to invest in real estate but do not have the time, interest or expertise to manage an investment portfolio.

Prior to starting American City Real Estate, Mr. Joyce was an apartment broker and private equity managing partner with Interurban Corporation, a national multi-family brokerage and asset management firm. He earned a Bachelors degree in landscape architecture and urban planning from the University of Minnesota in 1982. He was principal of his own consulting firm for more than twenty years and worked with numerous high profile clients and commercial and resort property owners in the US and abroad. He developed a keen understanding of finance, construction, operations, design and legal aspects of real estate investment and development.
